Founded in August 2001, Shanghai Broad Resources Investment Management Co., Ltd was set up by a group of elite overseas returnees and domestic industry giants. Combing both North American experience and domestic resources, we strive to provide tailored financial services for outstanding Chinese enterprises, including fund raising, listing offshore, cross border M&A, asset management etc. Within a few years, we have successfully accomplished over 50 deals.

We launched private equity investment business since 2006. There are 10 "Broad Resources sub funds" have been raised, through which we have invested over 20 projects. Among them, 1 project has been successfully exited through IPO in Hong Kong main board with ROI of over 300%, the other project has been exited by way of company buyback.
 
By the end of 2009, we invited American experts from Bio-pharmaceutical industry to build a specialized team. Since 2010,  we have entered strategic partnership with big four bio-parks in China and accumulated a pipeline of over 60. Among which, we have invested an early stage bio-pharmaceutical enterprise and locked in many other investment targets.
